In nutrition, we talk about the placebo effect and many scientific studies take this placebo effect into account, which is the belief that a protocol will work. I am a big fan of the work of Bruce Lipton, whose life work is about the biology of belief and Mr Jo Dispenza who actually healed his spine through self meditation.

Our individual stress levels play havoc with our belief system and our innate power to heal from within. It is not a question of whether we will have too much stress in our lives but how we handle stress levels on an ongoing basis.

At Ryse Gold will offer some mindset tools including free meditations on our youtube channel, free downloads and our mindfulness guide below, coming soon to deal with stressors and the focus will be on helping us to tune in to the signs our bodies give us every day, that we may be out of balance.

Small amounts of cortisol or stress we need to stay focused and motivated but with prolonged stress, we age faster, inflammation increases, cravings increase, hormones come out of balance and our sleep is directly affected, all interlinked and overtime if not dealt with and managed, can lead to disease.
